Neither team had a hit over the first four innings. The game finally ended after 4 hours, 57 minutes and 506 pitches when Jeff Mathis' sacrifice fly in the bottom of the 16th inning gave the Los Angeles Angels a 4-3 victory over the Cleveland Indians on Wednesday night. The Angels got home runs from Mike Napoli and rookie Peter Bourjos in the longest game of the season for both teams.
